HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Contact Us
If you have no time to waste and want an immediate response, pick up the telephone and call today at 1-888-675-0364 or if it’s not too urgent, you can submit your information by clicking here Get an Offer. Feel free to call us anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you happen to get our voicemail or answering service, simply leave us a message with your name, phone number and address, and speak the information clearly, and we will then call you within 24 hours.
Step 2: Gather Information
First, we will need to gather some basic information about your property and your situation. Assuming all your given information is correct, we will put together at least three optional offers that could help you out of your “pain in the butt” house. Upon obtaining all information and confirming an offer, in some cases we can “close in as little as 3 days” or less!
Based on some of our more creative offers, we may have to go out on site and inspect the property. There is NO fee or charge to you.
Step 3: Receive Offer
Within a short time, you can have a firm written offer. We will present these options to you in an easy to understand format. We are committed to making this process as easy and quickly as possible, and provide you with a “win-win” creative solution to resolve your specific real estate problems. This is your time to sit back, relax, and let us help you move on with the next chapter in your life!
Step 4: Sell Property
Now, we have come to an agreement. We can work on the “Closing & Funding” timelines based on your schedule. You tell us when you need or would like to close; it’s that simple.
